The CS Track team at JYU are presenting their work in CS Track during a workshop about citizen science on 14 September linked to forest bioeconomy in Northern Karelia, an area in Eastern Finland. During their presentation, they will describe what Citizen Science can offer individuals, researchers and organisations, as well as presenting the CS Track project and promoting the survey into citizen science which is being led by JYU as part of their work in the project. The purpose of this workshop is to explore the links between citizen science and bioeconomy, and on the second day of the workshop, 18 September, participants will be discussing the development of a mobile app for forest bioeconomy in Northern Karelia.
